20-Prompt Perplexity Study: Which AI Visibility Brands Surface in Sweden?
Study date: 6 October 2026
Market context: Sweden
Platform: Perplexity
Sample size: 20 generic buyer-intent prompts
CARTVERIO ran a directional 20-prompt study to understand which AI visibility, GEO and AEO brands surface when a potential buyer asks Perplexity commercially relevant questions.
This is not a market-share study. It is a snapshot of one prompt set, one platform, one date and one market context. AI answers can change by prompt wording, model, time and location.
What we tested
The prompt set focused on discovery and buying intent rather than branded lookups. Themes included:
- best AI visibility audit services for small businesses in Sweden
- companies that audit brand appearance in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini
- affordable AI visibility audits
- one-time audits instead of subscriptions
- alternatives to Profound, Peec AI and Otterly
- competitor analysis and prioritized action plans
- Sweden-based AI visibility providers
- white-label GEO / AEO delivery for agencies
- human-reviewed reporting
Baseline result for CARTVERIO
CARTVERIO appeared in 0 of the 20 completed Perplexity answers.
That is the baseline we are trying to improve. We are publishing it openly because future progress is only meaningful if the starting point is visible.
Recurring brands in the 20-answer sample
Among the recurring brands we explicitly tracked in the completed answers:
| Brand | Answers in which the brand appeared |
|---|---|
| Semrush | 4 / 20 |
| Otterly | 4 / 20 |
| Profound | 4 / 20 |
| SE Ranking | 4 / 20 |
| Monprez | 3 / 20 |
| Writesonic | 3 / 20 |
| HubSpot | 2 / 20 |
| Peec AI | 2 / 20 |
| Snoika | 2 / 20 |
| Rankability | 2 / 20 |
| CARTVERIO | 0 / 20 |
These counts are directional frequency observations inside this specific prompt sample. They should not be interpreted as overall market share, recommendation probability, or a universal ranking.
What surfaced for Sweden-specific questions
For prompts asking specifically about Sweden, Perplexity surfaced providers such as Monprez, GEO Sverige, Snoika, Mild, PragoMedia and others depending on the wording.
That matters because it suggests local relevance is not created by adding “Sweden” to a homepage once. The systems are finding businesses that have clearer public evidence connecting their brand with GEO, AI visibility, Swedish-market services and related buyer questions.
What surfaced for one-time audit questions
Questions about one-time audits produced a fragmented set of answers. Different providers appeared depending on whether the prompt emphasized affordability, a non-subscription model, human review or competitor analysis.
This fragmentation is strategically interesting. It suggests there is room for a provider that consistently communicates a simple proposition:
- one-time baseline audit
- human-reviewed report
- buyer-intent prompt testing
- competitor analysis
- GEO readiness
- clear public pricing
What surfaced for agency white-label questions
White-label agency prompts surfaced multiple specialist vendors rather than one dominant name. The answer set included providers focused on agency reporting, white-label portals, outsourced GEO delivery and branded client reports.
For CARTVERIO, this confirms that the agency angle is a real category with dedicated competitors. A generic “we also work with agencies” sentence is not enough. The offer needs its own clear service page, delivery model, methodology and examples.
What we changed after the baseline
Immediately after establishing this baseline, CARTVERIO strengthened its public information architecture:
- published a dedicated AI Visibility Audit in Sweden page
- published a clearer How CARTVERIO Works page
- expanded the AI Visibility FAQ
- rewrote and published the measurement methodology in English
- published the CARTVERIO self-audit baseline
- created a dedicated AI Visibility Insights blog
- published guidance on one-time audits vs monitoring
- published a white-label AI visibility guide for agencies
- improved internal navigation between these resources
What this study does not prove
This study does not prove that one provider is “better” than another. It does not measure sales, traffic, market share, customer satisfaction or overall brand strength.
It measures one thing only: which brands appeared inside 20 specific Perplexity answers at the time of testing.
Why we are publishing the data
Original, reproducible evidence is more useful than marketing claims. CARTVERIO intends to re-test the same commercial questions after meaningful changes and publish whether the brand begins to surface.
If CARTVERIO remains absent, we will say so. If visibility improves, the same baseline gives us a reference point for measuring that change.
Methodology
The study used generic and commercial-intent prompts. CARTVERIO was not inserted into the prompts as a forced comparison. The goal was to test spontaneous discovery rather than simple brand recognition.
