Refund policy
Right of withdrawal, complaints and refunds
KUL YOM sells digital eBooks in PDF format. Books are delivered by download and are not shipped as physical products.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. The withdrawal period starts on the day after the contract was concluded.
The right of withdrawal for digital content ends when delivery begins only if you have expressly consented in advance to delivery starting during the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and received confirmation of the contract. If these conditions are not met, the right of withdrawal applies as provided by law.
To withdraw from a purchase, clearly notify us using the contact details on our website. Please include your order number if possible. You do not need to give a reason.
Complaints about defects
You have the right to complain about a defective eBook. If the file is damaged, cannot be opened or is the wrong book, contact us using the details on our website and describe the problem.
We will first help you obtain a working file or the correct book at no extra cost. If the defect cannot be remedied, you have the rights provided by law, such as a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase. Your right to complain is not affected by the expiry of the right of withdrawal.
Refunds
When you are entitled to a refund, it will be made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline. When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, we refund no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We normally use the same payment method as for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Because the products are digital, you do not need to return a physical parcel.
