CARTVERIO Terms of Service

1. About CARTVERIO

CARTVERIO provides AI visibility, GEO and AI SEO analysis services for businesses. Services may include AI-answer sampling, brand mention and citation analysis, competitor comparison, website/entity-signal review, monitoring and written recommendations.

2. Scope

The purchased service is the service described on the product page and at checkout. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, services include analysis and recommendations only. Website implementation or publishing changes are separate.

3. Intake information

You may be asked for your website, target market, competitors, preferred report language and analysis objective. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for having the right to share it. Do not send passwords, customer lists or sensitive credentials through ordinary forms or email.

4. Methodology

CARTVERIO may review public website content, search results, AI-generated answers, competitor websites and third-party SEO/visibility data. AI outputs vary by model, prompt, location, language and time. Results are observations from a defined test scope, not permanent rankings.

5. No guarantee

We do not guarantee mentions, citations, rankings, traffic, leads, sales or revenue. Third-party systems may change without notice and are outside CARTVERIO's control.

6. Payment

Price, currency, applicable taxes and the total amount are shown before checkout. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the order is not cancelled or rejected for a legitimate reason.

7. Delivery

Services are delivered digitally, normally by email or another agreed electronic method. No physical product is shipped.

8. Third-party services

Analysis may depend on third-party platforms such as Shopify, search engines, AI systems, SEO providers and email providers. Their availability and outputs may change independently of CARTVERIO.

9. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your brand and materials. You may use your client-specific report internally. CARTVERIO retains ownership of its reusable methodology, templates, scoring structure, prompts, software and know-how unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds, cancellation and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable mandatory law.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CARTVERIO is not responsible for indirect business losses or third-party platform changes. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country of residence. Eligible Swedish consumer disputes may be referred to ARN.
